In Construction Services our primary mission is to make sure that all bond funded State construction complies
with the latest life safety and accessibility codes, that the construction time, cost and quality standards
for each project we manage are faithfully satisfied, that newly constructed projects are turned over to our
clients in a timely, well ordered way, and that construction defects or product failures during the warranty
period are corrected in a timely and efficient manner.
We are organized into three interdependent operating groups:
Design Review; Project Management; and Customer Service. We are now also beginning to work together
to mine the great wealth of data accumulated through the management of over a billion dollars a year in construction
work, to provide feedback into the programming and design phases of future bond funded projects, to help further
improve the delivery of construction projects in the State of Georgia.
In the future, we hope to be widely recognized
as a valuable resource to the design, construction and academic communities in our State.
